How every visit is run
Each job follows a standard Method of Procedure (MOP) checklist so no step is missed: console log capture, link status LED confirmation, Wi-Fi signal walk-through, and upload of running configuration backup.
When the work is done you receive photographic before and after evidence, hardware serials and digital customer sign-off.
