How every visit is run
Each job follows a standard Method of Procedure (MOP) checklist so no step is missed: system diagnostic readout, photographic capture of failed component serial, install replacement, POST check, and old part packing.
When the work is done you receive photographic before and after evidence, hardware serials and digital customer sign-off.
